If I am interested in a quote, how long will it take the agency to contact me?
If you’re interested in getting a quote, it’s possible for the agency to contact you within 24 hours to start the process.
After I request a Certificate of Insurance (COI), what is the estimated time to receive it?
When taking the request, we will be sending your COI within 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the case.
What is the estimated time for policy changes? (Endorsement cases)
It really depends on the request and response from the MGA. However, if it is with Progressive, the changes can usually be reflected on the same day.
What information do I need to get Commercial Auto Insurance quote?
If you are interested in purchasing a commercial policy, please note that during the call you will be asked for the following details:
- Name of the owner.
- Name of the company.
- DOT.
- MC Number (If it’s required).
- Contact phone number.
- State you reside in.
- Type of load.
- Coverages (Automobile Liability, Motor Trucking Cargo, Physical Damage).
- Trucks (VIN Number, Year y Make)
- Information about the driver (MVR, Date of Birth, Driver License Number)
What permits do I need to start a transportation business?
To start a transportation business, you will need the USDOT number and the MC Number (if operating out of state). Additional permits and licenses may be required depending on the type of transportation business and location.
What documents do I need to withdraw a unit from the policy?
You need a Bill of Sale or Lease Termination.

Who will cover the damage I cause during an accident?
If you’re involved in an accident, as your insurance agency we take care of the process. However, it’s important to note that the insurance company will conduct an investigationusing an adjuster to determine coverage.
That being said, according to the terms and conditions of the contract you signed, there may not be coverage for the claim. It’s always a good idea to review your insurance policy carefully and understand what is and isn’t covered.
Who can I contact to discuss the claim?
If you need to discuss your claim, the first step would be to contact the adjuster assigned by the insurance company. In case you do not have contact with the adjuster(a) designated by the insurance company, please contact us so that we can manage the process from the internal department of the agency.
How does a claim affect my policy?
When you file a claim, it could potentially affect your policy. If the claim is recorded in your loss history, your policy might experience a hike in the premiums. This will depend on the level of risks involved in the incident and the severity of the accident.
Do I have to pay the deductible if I’m not guilty?
According to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy, if the insured company requires you to pay the deductible, then it must be paid regardless of guilt or fault. You can find this information on the declaration pages of your policy.
How long does the process take?
This varies by the insurance company, but it usually takes 1 to 8 business days to provide us with information about the case. Internally, the process is immediate once the customer sends all the required information.
What do I need to report a claim?
- Photos of the accident (if there was one)
- Police report (If there was one).
- Statement about what happened
- Our customer policy number
- Date of loss
Can I report the incident to the policy of the person who hit my vehicle?
Yes, if you have insurance information from the other party. In addition, as an insurance agency, we also take care of submitting the report to the company of the person who has affected our client.
About Monthly Payments
Why is the value to pay different from the one I always pay?
This value may vary by Late fee and endorsements made during the course of the policy.
Can I get an extension for my monthly payment?
Payment date extensions must be requested directly with your financials.
How long does it take to activate automatic payments?
This activation can take from 1 to 10 business days.
If make my payment after my deadline, can I reinstate my policy?
Making the payment does not guarantee the reinstallation of the policy, but it is necessary to do so to avoid entering the Collection process.
Why do I keep paying the same if I made a policy change?
Policy changes can take up to 90 days to be reflected in the financial.
Why wasn’t my account debited?
It’s possible that your account wasn’t debited yet because card payments can take 1 to 3 business days to process, while routing and account payments can take 3 to 5 business days to process. We suggest waiting for a few more days and checking your account again to see if the payment has been processed.
